And Danube, who will now be called Ivy who will also be living in Maryland.
Next three are scheduled to head out to their new homes on Friday, Saturday and Monday, with final two leaving on Saturday, Sept. 7th. Next update of the blog on Labor Day
First to head out is Mekong, since she had the longest way to go...all the way to GEORGIA! Her new name is Maggie.
Ms Lena will keep her name will remain local, staying with her co-breeder and will be shown.
Niger was third to leave this weekend and he, too, will remain in Pennsylvania in Hamburg. Next week, four more will head out: Danube, Nelson, Thames and Volga. Watch for updates!
TWO sets of company today and we spent all afternoon outside in our play yard; learned about puddles of water and climbed in and out of our little cart....
AND THEN....first car trip to meet up with the vet with the microchips -- we were brave but WOW - that is a big needle....
